Revealed on the official Twitter account for Xbox UK, the tweet stated: ‘Xbox Series X is backwards compatible with ALL Xbox One controllers across ALL games,’ including the official Xbox controllers, Xbox adaptive controllers, Xbox elite wireless controllers along with third-party controller SCUF.
