Reality creates dreams, and dreams become reality.
Who would have thought, the words ‘Get Your Own’ inscribed onto a lighter, and a simple script over a floral-printed tee would turn into a household name and become an instantly-recognisable global brand.
HYPE. started off with a small office space in Leicester, rapidly taking over the whole building. Employees would grab a skateboard to get from unit to unit, dodging security, and taking photoshoots on the roof.
With the use of Social platforms, HYPE. made their mark in the fashion world. With global superstars such as Jay-Z, Cara Delevingne and Tom Hardy representing the brand.

A move on from Netflix’s ‘Tiger King’, Animal Planet’s Surviving Joe Exotic will explore what happened to the animals that lived at Exotic’s Florida Sanctuary.
The documentary will also feature the last interview from the former zoo-owner before he was arrested and locked up.
Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence. After being convicted in 2019 of attempting to hire a hitman to kill his rival Carole Baskin, as well as a series of violations of the Endangered Species Act, including killing five tigers.
With Netflix’s Tiger King focusing on other aspects of the zoo, Surviving Joe Exotic will focus on the breeding of the tigers.
A press release for the documentary states: “Viewers will follow the emotional stories of animals that made it out of the zoo for a second chance at life, and hear from ex-employees, including Saff Saffery – who lost an arm to one of Joe’s tigers – rescue leaders, exotic animal experts, and others with firsthand knowledge of the animal trafficking and breeding that fueled Joe Exotic’s empire.
“Paired with never-before-seen footage of Joe filmed for Animal Planet’s Wolves and Warriors in 2018, audiences will witness the stories of animals who were caught in the crossfire of Joe Exotic’s big cat breeding business, and the heartwarming stories of those that found new homes after the G.W. Zoo.”
Animal Planet revealed that the documentary will feature the blind tigers Kryxis and Kadira, and how they regained their vision at the Exotic Feline Rescue Center in Indiana after being rescued from Exotic’s zoo.
It will also explain how lions Chobe and Kariba were traumatised by the pain of inbreeding. Showing their journey of relocation to the Wildcat Ridge Sanctuary in Oregon after Exotic’s arrest.
The documentary will air on Animal Planet on July 25.
