SOCIAL DISTANCING TIPS

Our HYPE. team have put together a few social distancing tips to help you get through the craziness that’s going on in the world right now. Let us know if you have any questions, or if you know anymore tips we should include, please let us know in the comments below.

TIP 1: Routine.

It’s important to try and stick to your normal routine, if that’s working out at 6am, starting work at 9am. Try and keep to what you would usually do day-to-day, this will help with your mental health, keeping weekdays separate to weekends whilst also keeping you safe.

TIP 2: Balanced Lifestyle.

Just because you are spending the next few weeks at home doesn’t mean you have to binge Netflix and your sweet cupboard at home. Stay healthy with healthy meals and regular exercise. We’ll be having live workouts on our Instagram platform, so tune into those. Head over to our Instagram to find out more.

TIP 3: Stay Connected

Stay in touch regularly with family members, friends and loved ones via Skype, text or the other side of the window. These can be very lonely times, our social media team are here if you need to chat, they’re going through the exact same things you are and a little chat can elevate your mood.

TIP 4: Stay Positive

We’re all in this together. Things are only going to get better, so it’s up to you to keep your positive energy flowing. Keep checking back to our blog in the next few day’s we’ll be dropping some tips on how to stay positive.
